A Site Notice is a legally required notice displayed at the proposed development site to inform the public before a planning application is submitted. Under Irish planning legislation, it must be erected and maintained correctly, otherwise the application may be deemed invalid.
Standard installation is completed within 24 hours of your order, provided the required 24-hour notice period has been given.
Just two things: your site notice text and your OS map with the installation point clearly marked.
A first-time notice is printed on white paper. If you're reapplying for the same site within 6 months, the notice must be printed on yellow paper — this is a planning regulation, not a style choice.
